Booking process
You submit an enquiry via the site, phone, email or WhatsApp. We reply with a written proposal. A booking is confirmed once you accept in writing and, where required, a deposit is received.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, Spanish VAT (IVA) is added at the statutory rate. Prices may vary for peak dates, extended waiting time, out-of-hours service, and third-party surcharges.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in the written confirmation. For premium and multi-service reservations a deposit may be required at booking, with the balance due before the service starts.
Changes
Reasonable changes will be accommodated where possible. Changes affecting operator commitments (aviation, yachting) are subject to operator terms.
