Scope of service
Executive protection is close-protection risk management: assessment, planning, secure transportation coordination, and unobtrusive on-service presence. It is not private policing and does not replace public emergency services.
Licensing
All protection personnel are licensed under Spanish regulations for private-security activity. Deployments outside Spain are subject to the licensing regime of the country in question, coordinated through vetted local partners.
No guarantee of outcome
Security is a matter of risk reduction. Even the most experienced team cannot guarantee that no incident will occur. We commit to professional planning, proportionate response, and full cooperation with law-enforcement.
Firearms
Firearms are only carried where lawful, licensed, and appropriate to the assessed threat, and only by authorised personnel. In most jurisdictions we operate unarmed.
Client cooperation
The effectiveness of the service depends on truthful threat disclosure, adherence to the agreed plan, and cooperation with the detail leader. Failure to cooperate may result in the service being suspended without refund.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. All personnel sign non-disclosure obligations.
