Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed by our office.
Non-refundable amounts
Deposits and third-party costs already committed on your behalf (aviation slots, yacht deposits, on-site security retention) are non-refundable where the underlying operator does not refund us.
