How Does Booking a Luxury Car with Cavalma Work?
The real sequence of a Cavalma luxury car rental: choose the car, send an enquiry, receive confirmation of availability and conditions from the Private Office.
- Every published Cavalma rental car is offered on request, not as an instant online booking.
- Prices, deposit and mileage terms are published on each car's page before you enquire.
- The minimum rental period is one day, and the published price for that minimum is a total, not a daily rate applied to a longer stay.
- The Private Office confirms availability for your specific car and dates.
- The rental is confirmed after conditions are agreed; no payment is taken at the enquiry stage.
Cavalma publishes its rental fleet with the commercial facts attached to each car, then arranges the rental itself through the Private Office. That structure is deliberate: a supercar in high season is not an inventory line that can be safely reserved by a website in the same second that someone clicks.
The sequence
Choose the car. Each published car has its own page carrying its rental prices, its security deposit, its mileage allowance and its extra-kilometre charge. You can reach that page from the car rental hub, from a marque page such as Mercedes-Benz or Porsche, or from a collection page such as Luxury SUVs.
Send an enquiry. The enquiry gives the Private Office the vehicle, the dates and any specific requirement, such as delivery.
Availability is confirmed, not assumed. Every published car is offered on request. The Private Office confirms whether that specific vehicle is available on those dates rather than issuing an automatic confirmation.
Conditions are confirmed. The deposit, the mileage terms, delivery and the remaining conditions are confirmed for that car and those dates before anything is finalised.
The rental is confirmed. Only after the above is the rental confirmed.
Understanding the published prices
The minimum rental period is one day. The price shown for that minimum is a total for the minimum period, not a per-day figure extended across a longer stay. Two-day and seven-day totals are published for most cars.
Where a car shows a "from" daily rate, that rate is a long-term daily rate that applies from thirty rental days. It is not a one-day price, and it should not be multiplied out to estimate a short rental.
What Cavalma does not do at this stage
There is no instant online booking, no automatic availability guarantee, and no payment taken when an enquiry is sent. If you need a specific car on specific dates, the enquiry is the way to secure it, and the Private Office comes back with what is actually possible.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book a Cavalma car instantly online?
No. Every published rental car is offered on request, and availability is confirmed by the Private Office.
Is availability guaranteed when I send an enquiry?
No. The enquiry starts the confirmation; the Private Office confirms whether the specific car is available for your dates.
What is the minimum rental period?
One day. The price published for the minimum period is a total for that period.
Do I pay when I send an enquiry?
No payment is taken at the enquiry stage. Conditions are confirmed first.
Can I ask for a specific car?
Yes. Enquiries are made against a specific published vehicle, which is why each car has its own page and its own conditions.
