Scope
We provide coordination and concierge services. Certain services (aviation, yachting, protection) are performed by carefully selected third-party operators; where this is the case we act as your agent and disclose it in writing before confirmation.
Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation with price and terms. Verbal or provisional enquiries do not constitute a booking.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, valid travel documents, punctuality, and lawful conduct during the service. You warrant that all guests you bring on-service have consented to our processing of their contact and itinerary details.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, air-traffic restrictions, maritime conditions, official orders, or acts of God.
