Data we collect
Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, telephone), reservation details (dates, itinerary, service preferences), the content of your messages, and technical data such as IP address and browser type. If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect aggregated usage data. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiries, provide the services you request, keep records required by law, prevent fraud, and - only with your consent - improve the site through analytics. Executive protection engagements may require additional operational data agreed with you in writing.
Legal basis
Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for reservations and service delivery; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for accounting and tax; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and internal record-keeping; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics and marketing.
Retention
Enquiries not resulting in a booking: 12 months. Client and reservation records: 6 years for accounting purposes as required by Spanish law. Consent logs: for the lifetime of the applicable policy version plus 3 years. (PLACEHOLDER - to be confirmed by legal counsel.)
Recipients & transfers
We share data only with processors necessary to deliver our services: hosting and infrastructure providers (in the EU or under EU-approved safeguards), payment processors, communication providers, and, where you request them, third-party suppliers (aviation, yachting, security partners). We do not sell personal data. Where transfers outside the EEA are necessary, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. See our GDPR Rights & Data Requests page to submit a request. You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Car rental enquiries
When you submit a car rental availability enquiry through our website, we process the identity, contact, itinerary, and message data you provide solely to respond, prepare a written quote, and, if you proceed, arrange the rental. We retain unsuccessful rental enquiries for 12 months and successful bookings for the periods required by Spanish accounting and tax law. We do not use rental enquiry data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties other than the processors listed above and, where relevant, the fleet operator delivering the vehicle.
